Bob Pike slated as the POST IDI Instructor Symposium Opening Speaker

The POST IDI Instructor Symposium Committee has announced the opening speaker for the symposium will be Bob Pike. Bob is an internationally renowned trainer and is certain to provide you ideas and concepts that will enhance the effectiveness of your training while setting the tone for the symposium.

Since 1979, Bob has focused on creating a participant-centered training approach to replace the usual lecture-based training. His participant-centered training uses group interaction over 80 percent of the time. Typically, most training sessions use a lecture-based teaching approach for 80-90 percent of the content and one or two group activities to change the pace.

This is an exciting opportunity that no trainer would want to miss. The remainder of the schedule is being finalized. The details will be announced on this web site when they have been confirmed.
